At FormSnap India (https://formsnap.in/), user privacy is our foremost priority. Unlike typical file conversion and resizing websites that transmit your confidential files across the internet to third-party cloud servers, FormSnap India executes 100% of all image resizing, compression, cropping, signature enhancement, and PDF generation directly inside your local web browser using client-side HTML5 Canvas and JavaScript algorithms.

Your passport photos, signatures, Aadhaar cards, and certificates NEVER leave your phone, tablet, or laptop. No image data is ever transferred to, viewed, cached, or stored on our servers.

2. Information We Collect

Because FormSnap operates completely client-side:

• We do NOT require registration, account creation, phone numbers, or passwords.
• We do NOT collect, inspect, or retain any candidate personal identifying information (PII) such as Name, Date of Photograph (DOP), or Aadhaar details entered in the candidate strip generator.
• We do NOT store uploaded images or generated PDF documents.

3. Cookies and Web Beacons

FormSnap India uses local browser storage (localStorage) strictly to save your preferred UI language (English, Marathi, or Hindi) so that the application opens in your chosen language during future visits.

4. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Policy

To keep this tool 100% free for all competitive exam candidates across India, we partner with third-party advertising networks, primarily Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site:
